You can read “MADE IN ITALY” on the slide in the last shot. As I understand it, M9s are America, 92FS’s are Italian. And that’s pretty much the only difference between them.

IIRC, the early M9’s were different from the 92FS’s of the period, but the improvements- the “Don’t hit SEALs in the face doohickey”- were rolled onto 92FS’s soon after.
